I just took my vehicle back after 1 guy xxxxxx me off after skipping me when I had been sitting there in line 2nd for them to open for my 7am appointment. I'm very angry about it so I walked in the building and waited inside so finally some female comes and ask for me to walk with her to my suv so I told her how I felt about everything & she says he probably didn't see me! Wow! Really how could he had not! Yeah! Right! Check in & was still angry because it really bothered me so I walk back up & asked about another Dealership near Corpus Christi so I'll be taking my vehicle somewhere else for now on & will not never purchase another vehicle from them ever again! It's not the same team from before & the customer service is trash with the new young generation with no experience in customer service! You guys need to remember that some of us can hear very well when you think we ain't paying attention! I really wonder how you don't see me with the color of skin! Hmmm! Wow!
