Went shopping for a new vehicle and this was my first stop. All of the personnel there made me feel at home. My salesman, Vyus Fuller was excellent and very informative. I had made an appointment to take my vehicle in to simply have a diagnostic on the transmission. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment and then the vehicle sat on the lot for 8 days without being looked have a diagnostic on the transmission. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment and then the vehicle sat on the lot for 8 days without being looked at. It was a straightforward issue, but if we can’t run a two hour diagnostic on a car for almost a month, then it would be better to set the appointment up for a month out. I’m a lucky person that has a spare vehicle and was able to return my car to the purchasing dealership for another, but not everyone is that lucky…. I will be looking at a different Hyundai dealership from here on for my warranty needs. More

I brought my Hyundai there for them to diagnose a problem, the service lady said I had to leave it at least 7 days before they would start in it. I asked what if I had an appointment, she said appoi problem, the service lady said I had to leave it at least 7 days before they would start in it. I bought the car there, this is the service they provide. This is a great reason NOT to buy any vehicle from them.
