I recently went to the service department on a “walk-in” basis after accidentally tearing the protective trim package under the car off on a rock. I was close to Auto Nation and wanted to be sure there was no other damage to the car or tires and that the car could be driven home safely. They worked me in, determined there was no other damage, ordered the replacement parts and had me back on the road in a timely manner. A special “shout out” to John Beeman, my service consultant, who was very responsive and helpful.
