From the minute I arrived, the process was seamless (I had an appointment.) I needed to replace the air filter so I rec'd a text asking me if I wanted this service. I replied yes. I needed a ride to pick up my car and they said a driver would be calling. She did, and arrived within 15 minutes to pick me up. My car was washed. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE I dealt with that day (4) was absolutely superb--friendly, kind, efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service I received. Awesome Dealership to buy a new car from. I was not pushed to buy the vehicle, I was given a great and fair amount on my trade in. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The salesman Mark Santo I was not pushed to buy the vehicle, I was given a great and fair amount on my trade in. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The salesman Mark Santos went above and beyond to link my phone to the vehicle and explained many of the electronics that were on the car. I also was sent video's on different things such as locks and seat operations in a email. Very Helpful! More
