My car would not start, so I believed I had a dead battery. After getting the car started, I drove to Autonation Honda South. They diagnosed my vehicle and found I had a dead battery. While there, I had my tires replaced also as the tread depth was getting very low. I was able to get the work done very quickly. My service advisor, Zain, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The shuttle driver, Cassie, gave me a ride to and from work. She is always helpful, a safe driver, and knows the directions where to take me. Bob Ibarra, Service Manager, came out to check on me and make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. I have a new battery and new tires. My car is running well. The service department is run very well. More
