AutoNation Honda Renton

Earlier this year a friend of mine purchased a Miata which really put the "bug in my ear" to get one for myself. Having noticed Renton Honda had a nice used on their lot (initially from a CL ad) I went which really put the "bug in my ear" to get one for myself. The car was nicely detailed and they had given it a full service which really helps with the peace of mind. Mike was my salesman and took me on the test drive. Mike's a pleasure to deal with and a good conversationalist. He has a straightforward but relaxed demeanor that makes the whole process low stress. Even after the sale he's responsive to email when I had some follow-up questions. Overall I had a very good experience dealing with Renton Honda and would recommend them in the future. More

I recently moved to Seattle from out of town and because of my work schedule, I didn't have a lot of time to drive to different dealerships to compare prices. Since it was my first time asking for online qu of my work schedule, I didn't have a lot of time to drive to different dealerships to compare prices. Since it was my first time asking for online quotes, I was a bit surprised and disappointed that many dealers returned my call and basically asked me to come in and then they can give me a more realistic quote. Everyone except for Travis. He was able to give me a quote that I believe was very close to the actual and final quote, which saved me a lot of time. He also was not afraid to send me more detailed information via email which was reassuring because I knew it meant I could take his word for it. When I got to the dealership, we were supposed to wait for someone who knew the cars better to take us for a test drive. However, even though Travis isn't responsible for taking clients out for test drives, he took us on one so we didn't have to wait. Since I would be doing a lot of highway driving and going up some slopes, I wanted to make sure I drove it long enough to be certain I was comfortable. Travis was very patient and took me on an extended test drive so I could be sure this was the car I wanted. When I came to sign the deal, it was already quite a bit after the closing time of the dealership. But everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. We had to wait for the person in charge of finance, who was with another customer at the moment. Travis brought us water, and kept us company until it was our turn even though it was way past his shift time. Overall, I had a very good experience at this dealership and would recommend Travis to my friends. More
