Called to reserve a test drive. Showed up on-time and test drove the car. In the time it took me to test drive the car, another sales associate sold the car to a different party. They offered to sell me a newer model of the same vehicle at a slightly discounted rate, which I also agreed to. After another half hour of waiting, they told me that they couldn't honor the deal that they structured. Their sales team is extremely disorganized and I would not recommend them to anyone. In addition to the amount of my time that was wasted at the dealership, I had spent an hour pre-researching Carfax reports on a vehicle that got sold from underneath me. Absolutely horrible. More

If you buy a used car from this dealership, it's incredibly important that you have it inspected by an independent shop immediately. The car I bought has multiple small faults that should have been found in any cursory inspection, but worse than that, the oil filter was literally pouring oil out into the environment. To the credit of the service department, they worked hard to resolve the issue, but that kind of issue should never have come up in the first place. As it is, it's ruined my relationship with the car as I'll never be able to trust it. This is a new car dealership and as a well trained consumer, I expect to get quality vehicles from a new car store. This time, I'm disappointed. However, I am impressed with the service department and with the clerical staff who are far more responsive than the management team. More
