Have you heard about 2% charges being applied by Honda dealers to customers on services? Yes, it’s true at AutoNation Honda Renton. There is no mention anywhere on their website about a 2% credit card dealers to customers on services? Yes, it’s true at AutoNation Honda Renton. There is no mention anywhere on their website about a 2% credit card processing fee. However, after my regular car service, at the time of delivery/payment, I was asked to pay an additional 2% charge for using a credit card. This kind of last-minute fee is not acceptable. If such charges exist, they should be clearly disclosed upfront instead of surprising customers at checkout. I haven’t seen this practice at other Honda dealerships. This experience felt misleading and disappointing. I hope they improve transparency and communicate all charges clearly in advance. It’s’ nothing wrong with the employee who worked for service. More
Two weeks ago, we purchased a 2026 CR-V LX from Renton Honda. From the moment we walked up to the building, we were well taken care of. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Reason for me to give 2star rating is due to our experience in finance department (Mr Tin Vo)I have difficulties understanding him due to his heavy accent.During our signing I was hoping for him for experience in finance department (Mr Tin Vo)I have difficulties understanding him due to his heavy accent.During our signing I was hoping for him for a brief explanation on what we’re signing instead he just let it lay down in the table and point where to sign.I requested a paper copy of the documents but he printed out incomplete documents.I also found out that I have the wrong email and phone number on the application forms.I have to go back and have them fix the problem.I requested a copy to be sent to my correct email to I can download the forms but until now I haven’t received it.Mr Tin Vo needs to improve his customer service More

I took my car in to have the breaks checked and while I was there decided to have much more work done. I initially planned to wait onsite but Luis offered an Uber to take me home and then bring me back wh was there decided to have much more work done. I initially planned to wait onsite but Luis offered an Uber to take me home and then bring me back when the work was done. This worked out great since the work took ~ 8 hours. I had an oil change but the oil change tracker was not changed to 100% and still shows 40%. I also asked to have a taillight replaced 2 times because it was out and this was not done. I appreciate I was able to have more work done than planned but wish the taillight would have been done. More
