Great dealership to buy a new automobile. My wife and I enjoyed working with Pepe. This is one of a few dealerships that you don’t feel the pressure to buy something. I would recommend going to Auto Nation before buying elsewhere just because of this practice with the salesman. I worked at a dealership in the Dallas Fort Worth area for a little over 10 years. I know the process and I hate the pressure when walking into a dealership. Just an example I bought my 2021 ram three-quarter ton diesel At a major ram dealer in Las Vegas and because of excessive pressure and them wanting to ring a gong just cause they made a sale is childish. I would never go back to that place and I will never recommend that place. I believe in the customer being satisfied first, not the salesman and dealership looking for self-satisfaction, and to me, Auto Nation gives you this comfort. good work, Pepe and all the sales staff. Everyone was nice until I signed the paperwork and gave them the cash my phone was blown up every day until the deal was sealed now I can't even get a return call back I also was told the card was being cl them the cash my phone was blown up every day until the deal was sealed now I can't even get a return call back I also was told the card was being cleaned up which not true car was still dirty on the in side straw paper and other stuff was in between the seats, I would never recommend this place to no one, I called back the next day after making a cash payment for the car and the salesman act like he didn't know who I was, I get it I know many people come through but I was called every day for over a week until I purchased the car!
