Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I lived a great distance away from the dealership but they had the 2 of the exact vehicles I was looking for in this crazy market. Had the salesman take additional photos of the vehicle's exterior and interior of all blemishes, etc. In that regard I am very appreciative. I went ahead and advised I was satisfied and planned to fly in the next day to drive and proceed with possibly purchasing so I asked them to reserve it. They requested proof that I booked my flight before they would hold the vehicle for me although their website says they will reserve the vehicle with "No obligation or deposit needed". Before flying in, I asked the salesman to have the vehicle detailed and cleaned up before my arrival as I had already pointed out interior cleanliness issues from the photos he sent me. Upon my arrival, the salesman picked me up from the airport in the vehicle were I began my test drive which I appreciated. When we got back to the dealership to inspect it, the exterior vehicle looked great and shined up. The interior on the other hand I was very disappointed in and almost walked away and flew back. Stains on the ceiling fabric, dirt on the interior of the door and floor board bumpers, dirty cup holders, marker line on the leather seat and minor hole in the leather seat. I understand I am buying a used car but for the vehicle to supposedly have been detailed by professional auto detailers, I was very disappointed. My expectation of buying a new or used car is that vehicle will be as clean it ever will. What rubbed me the wrong way was no one ever apologized for the condition. The salesman tried cleaning the fabric with a wipe. He said he would have the detail guys redo it. Come to find out he did it him self so I commend him on taking action if he didn't have faith that his detail team would get the job done to satisfy me. Still what rubbed me the wrong way was no acknowledgement that it was not up to par. The next phase that rubbed me the wrong way was financing. The day before flying in, I gave them a rate of 3.95 that my bank gives all members. They beat it with 3.89. Later that evening I tried a different financial institution before flying in and got a rate of 2.79. When I provided this to the finance team they used the same lender who was at 3.89 and got it to 2.09. I am very satisfied with the significantly lower rate but it just is very frustrating that we had to play this game of back and forth to get to this significantly lower rate than what they gave me to begin with while using the same financial institution. In regards to the titling/registration fee's they charge you over $100 extra for them titling for you. This was no where on their signage or website. My NC state title and registration fees are $56 + $38.75 = $94.75. I asked why they were charging me $244 total and they stated its the program they use to apply for the title and that when they title/register the vehicle for me they had to charge this additional dealer fee. I was not allowed to title myself either. One last thing, when signing the buyers order, I noticed the sales tax was incorrect as well. They factored in VA state taxes when I was a NC resident. I had already reminded them of this before hand that our taxes were cheaper at 3% of the taxable sales amount. Initially they were charging me $1640ish but after catching this and having them redo it correctly, it saved me nearly $400. This is a significant oversight in my opinion as $400 is not throw away money. All in all, I initially was giving them a 3/5 but after writing this out, I downgraded it to a 2 out of 5. More

Right before i made the appointment with you guys, someone in the dealer told me its free of charge for the check up if the vehicle is bought within a year. Therefore i brought my car in today to have you guys checked the problems i am having trouble with. but ended up i had to pay $78 just for check up without fixing the problem. im totally disappointed at the service. The dealership not only has great prices, but are very upfront with their customers. Justin was a pleasure to work with and I actually bought the car coming from Texas.
