I went in with a low tire pressure gauge warning light on a busy Saturday morning and despite their backup of customers with appointments David in the Sales Dept took me on. The diagnosis was a slow leak w a busy Saturday morning and despite their backup of customers with appointments David in the Sales Dept took me on. The diagnosis was a slow leak which could not be located for patching so I ended up two days later ordering two new tires which were put on two days later and problem solved. All was handled very efficiently. I have been going to this dealer with my C-Max for several years and am always well taken care of. More
