Formerly a regular customer. Came in for AC repair. Was quoted a price for parts and labor of almost $3500. Went to a 2nd auto repair shop I have used in the past and they obtain Came in for AC repair. Was quoted a price for parts and labor of almost $3500. Went to a 2nd auto repair shop I have used in the past and they obtained and used the same part and finished the repair for $1400 total. Why would I return in the future. More

I came in for a recall on my ford escape, the employees are all very nice. They have a large waiting room and did not take too long. They did an inspection which I was not prepared for, I had to reset ever are all very nice. They have a large waiting room and did not take too long. They did an inspection which I was not prepared for, I had to reset everything, clock, lights, air all had been changed. Just wish they would have told me ahead of time. But everything else was great. More
