I was told I would receive certain extras "for life" on my used vehicle. Imagine my surprise when one of those things - Sirius XM radio - dropped in a little over a week. I am expecting too much to think the tires I ordered 4 days ago would be at the dealer before the appointment time.The service manager accused mre of not having an appointment Evan with me showing the email confirmation. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be terminated immediately. I tried contacting the general manager but he never returned my call.
