Worst customer service ever. Bought 2 Expeditions here. Had Platinum service plan and had to rent my own rental car. Was told my plan would pay for rental car after mine was look Bought 2 Expeditions here. Had Platinum service plan and had to rent my own rental car. Was told my plan would pay for rental car after mine was looked at. 10 days it sat before looked at recall problem. Service ticket had 3 other repairs they did not touch. Leaking tire repair, side electric mirror malfunction, and broken gas door latch. 4 weeks later they said car would be ready. When I picked up car found out only recall was completed. They didn't even look at tire I asked them to fix. Came back and told service manager about it and he got mad and told me to go somewhere else. Paid my own Car Rental $1,100 and they said service advisor just needed to call them. This service center used to be reputable. Now its terrible. More

At first AutoNation Ford Mobile was amazing to work with. From the start they were the only one the worked via text from the start based on my request. Zach and Walter were great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Grateful for the vehicle at the price. However problems with the way they handled the warranty and were very deceptive. Any buyers looking to purchase the AutoNation warranty please beware if you are not located near an Autonation. I was hesitant as I live over 2 1/2 hours away and was considering getting my own warranty through someone else because of the in vs out network deductible. They reassured me that the auto nation network included some local dealers in my area. Update it doesn't. It only includes Autonation. I asked several times and they said I was good. Now I have made a claim and they say my local dealership is out of network. I reached out to AutoNation Ford Mobile before posting and what they say is now completely different now that they sold the warranty and got their money. They claim I misunderstood when in reality they misunderstood what I was saying or just wanted to deceive me into purchasing the warranty. It makes complete sense that I was concerned about the increased deductible and being out network vs in after the price tag was close to $4k and living 2 1/2 hours away but they blame it on me now. Beware of the deception.. More
