My service representative was Andrew and he was awesome to work with. I pulled in around 8:15am without an appointment and went through my list with him. Andrew checked with the valet service who stated th to work with. I pulled in around 8:15am without an appointment and went through my list with him. Andrew checked with the valet service who stated they were five or so minutes out from picking me up to drop me off at my office. Next thing I know, Andrew pulls up and said he would take me so I didn't have to wait. He stayed in touch with me throughout the morning while my vehicle was being serviced and everything was completed as requested. All this compared to another local dealer who stated I had to make an appointment just days before and I would have to wait about a week. AutoNation has become my primary Ford go to dealer and I should have switched many years ago. There truly is a different in service from one dealer to the next. More
