Had new van towed there for repairs and to see why it was stalling when put in gear. Couldn’t get anyone to call me back. Took 4 weeks to get in shop to even look at it. Stopped by AutoNation Ford for an engine light warning. Quickly determined it was due to a bad battery. I had purchased the battery from another Ford dealership in the Memphis area two years ago and my ser Quickly determined it was due to a bad battery. I had purchased the battery from another Ford dealership in the Memphis area two years ago and my service adviser, Andrew Howell informed me he was trying to get a copy of the invoice from them so he could replace it under warranty. The other dealer never responded to him. I finally was able to get a live person on the phone and they could not help me. I am amazed at the difference in customer service and speed of addressing service issues from one dealership to another. I have informed all my contacts who drive Ford's to swing by AutoNation and ask for Andrew. More
