My truck needed a major transmission repair, and when I picked it up, they took the time to explain the issue in detail and provided a full list of the replaced parts with their numbers. I purchased a used Expedition from this dealer in 2018. I owned it for 230K miles and had it serviced there many times. Then purchased another Expedition from a different dealer in the area (only due to av I owned it for 230K miles and had it serviced there many times. Then purchased another Expedition from a different dealer in the area (only due to availability) but will not ever use them again. Margate Ford has been consistently great to work with and they will have all our business. Between Companies, Family and myself this is the 40th Ford Vehicle, altogether around 8 million miles driven. My current expedition has 128K miles and is going strong. Took it for a repair last week and my service advisor, Anthony Dougherty, did a great job. Super friendly and very informative about the warranty repair which took a few days. Highly recommend this dealership. More

I had a 2 o'clock appointment on Saturday, and when I walked in, I was told that it wasn't possible to honor my appointment, they were backed up. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. The service advis walked in, I was told that it wasn't possible to honor my appointment, they were backed up. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. The service advisor Sebastian and I went back and forth. He told me that their appointment setting office erroneously set the appointment. I informed him that was a flimsy excuse. I also explained to him that I was a new customer and I left another Ford dealership. I did mention this was not a good start and insisted that he talk to the service manager. That's the point when you go to management: They understand customer service and sure enough, my appointment held steady. So, I give the kudos to the service manager, and hopefully it was a lesson for the service advisor. Otherwise, my review would have been negative. I'll be going back again because management. More
