My husband and I spent weeks researching family SUVs and found an Infiniti QX60 at this dealership that seemed perfect for us. We asked for a modest reduction of about $1,300, but the manager informed us that the dealership's policy was not to negotiate on used vehicles, so we left. A few days later, the salesperson, Naser, called and told us that our $33,000 offer had been accepted. We specifically confirmed this before making the long drive back to the dealership. When we arrived on August 5, we were presented with the exact same pricing we had been offered on August 1. When I questioned this, the manager, Oscar Loaiza, told us that negotiating on used vehicles was against company policy and claimed the salesperson was new and had been confused and that there was nothing they could do. The issue was never the price. The issue was the lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism. We drove back to the dealership based on information that turned out to be FALSE, and no one took responsibility for the salesperson's mistake. Our time was wasted, and we left feeling misled and disrespected. Buying a vehicle requires trust and transparency. Unfortunately, our experience was filled with conflicting information, poor communication, and wasted time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership. More

Every time we have an appointment for oil change and tire rotation it takes well over 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
