Overall, a good dealership, but I've only been there twice for service. Sadly, I was charged $120 to inspect an airbag light that stayed lit, not long after the second recall from Ford regarding thei twice for service. The service department was not the best at keeping me informed about the process of doing an inspection and making an appraisal of my car's value, so my estimated two hour inspection became a five hour event. I had to call three times for updates and was not notified when the car was finished. The agent who assisted me was friendly, so I'd just write this off to poor communication and the misfortune of owning a Ford longer than I should have. I've had Fords my whole life, since my Dad worked for them for 25 years, but this will be my last one. Ford, and the other two US giants have fallen behind and will never be the quality leaders they once were. More

If zero stars was an option, that is what would be selected. Why is it that dealerships think that their service departments can treat people however they want? Called two months in advance to have them order the exact parts I needed. Brought my truck in and left it with them 4 days earlier than my scheduled appointment to give them no excuses. Came back to pick it up a week later, none of the work had been completed, nor had I gotten a single call updating me. They said they would order the parts and contact me when they arrive. So I took my truck and left. They never called to let me know the parts arrived, then when I followed up and spoke to the manager, he said they had arrived and they would set-up a truck pickup and the service. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a call back. Avoid this place and Coggin at all cost. I am going to give Duval Ford a shot and hopefully they are better. More
