I’ve been to this dealership many times over the last 7 years. Susan is my new Service Writer and I’m couldn’t be happier. Susan was up front about service timelines and she contacted me when my service wa years. Susan is my new Service Writer and I’m couldn’t be happier. When i picked up my vehicle she was concerned that my issue was resolved and made it very clear that I call her directly if the issue occurred again. While I'm not impressed with the service department as a whole. I go there only because Susan is the best service advisor I've ever had any where. She's honest, professional and very thorough. I know my wo whole. I go there only because Susan is the best service advisor I've ever had any where. She's honest, professional and very thorough. I know my work will done completely and on time as promised. The coordination between the scheduling group and the local service group is poor. I needed new tires, called the scheduling group, made an appointment, and when I arrived, the tires were not there. Had to make another appointment, and shuffle my calendar thanks to that. Thank goodness for Susan. When she commits, it's golden. More
