Tried to call the General Manager at the number above. Called and it just rang and rang. Got an automated line that is not to the GM it is a general line. it just rings about 10 times and repeats the message and gives me extensions. I try the operator at extension "0" and it goes back to the same message. I cant even reach a live person when I call. I have tried 3 different extensions and it just takes me back to the same message over and over. I am stuck in a loop and nobody answers. Ive been trying for 10 minutes and it just repeats. Done with calling

Looks like the response on here from Best Buy was just for show. I have never gotten a call, text, email from the GM or anyone at AutoNation. This should show everyone what their customer service is like.
