I had set an appointment a week prior for the following Monday and show up and the appointment isn’t in the system. That pissed me off but they take my vehicle to the back and I sit for 4hrs waiting on th Monday and show up and the appointment isn’t in the system. That pissed me off but they take my vehicle to the back and I sit for 4hrs waiting on the recall to be fixed when the service advisor tells me that the guy who does the recall hasn’t even gotten to my vehicle yet….. 2 strikes already but luckily they gave me a ride home and about 430 called to let me know it was complete and when my wife got home she took me up there to pick it up. Some good and bad things but at the end of the day everything was fixed! More

Paul Jones and Autonation lost our personalized license plates!!!! We bought a new car from Paul Jones and when we left the dealership, they were still on our other truck. The dealership takes cars of the plates!!!! We bought a new car from Paul Jones and when we left the dealership, they were still on our other truck. The dealership takes cars of the transfer then they call. We can then pick them up or they can send them. They called and said they were sending and the only thing that came to our house was a photo copy of the plates. We called 3-5 times without a return call and then Paul Jones finally said, you took them! We mentioned, how did YOU get the photo of the plates, no answer. So we called the manager Saul and he said they are lost and we can't find them. You will need to go take care of the loss and get new ones. THEY WERE STOLEN! I would never buy another car from them at all. More
