I went online to view a price of a Dodge Dart and when I inputted my info and submitted, it was only minutes later that Caleb contacted me and we set up an appointment to meet the next day. When I got in, Caleb showed me a few cars that I was interested in and we took two cars for a test drive. I told Caleb that I had to leave to get my grandson and because it was Valentines Day I would get back with him on Saturday so that my wife could test drive the car before making a decision. We showed up and went for a test drive but had to leave again to help a friend move. Caleb was very helpful and patient with my wife and I. We came back after the move and purchased the Dodge Avenger. While I was paying for the car, my wife was out looking at the Durango with Caleb. When I got done with the purchase, Caleb got the model that my wife wanted and we took it out for a test drive and ended up purchasing that vehicle also. Caleb was helpful, courteous and wasn't pushy. He understood that we were in to purchase a vehicle but that we had other obligations to attend to and worked with us. More
Joe was professional and helpful as I asked many questions regarding the vehicle I decided to purchase. He even went above and beyond to fill the tires with air in my mom's truck as we had a long dr questions regarding the vehicle I decided to purchase. Garth was another employee that has gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From opening the door, to getting us a cold bottle of water, to finding a great interest rate, and fully explaining all options of warranties. I never felt pressured! Garth even looked at my last Dodge purchase and gave me advice on moving forward as that car was recently totaled. Since my purchase at Colorado Springs Dodge, I have contacted Garth several times to ask questions and seek advice. Garth always returned my phone calls promptly, and gave me good, sound advice. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, I am seeking out where Garth is working, and purchasing from that company. He is someone that has gained my trust, and future business. Thank you! We are loyal Dodge owners. We have owned 2 Durangos (now 3), Dakota, Stratus, Intrepid, Ram, and Charger. We don't shop cars, because we know what we want - we shop dealerships. We shop for customer service and for a dealership that takes an interest in us - not our money. We feel that Colorado Springs Dodge did what was best for us - and we will shop there again. Francisco was the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I typically hate going to by a new vehicle, but this experiences was definitely an exception. Francisco was very knowledgable about all of the vehicles I test drove. He stated several times that the car buying experience was about his customers and his number 1 goal was to be sure his customer loved their purchase and that they were completely happy with the experience. Francisco was the liaison between myself and the negotiation of a fair price for my trades & my new vehicle. He followed through even after I left the dealership with obtaining the second key, making sure my first oil change and safety inspection were done. I very much appreciate the customer-center approach that Francisco had with me. You should consider giving him a raise! I will highly recommend CO Springs Dodge to my friends because of the sales experience I had with Francisco. More
