The apparent inconsistency displayed by our staff in this instance appears to have frustrated you beyond any reconciliation. For this, I offer my sincere apology. It is important to note that, every customer's opinion is important to us. Our repeat customer's opinions are essential our long term goals. While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, there are definitely times when everything that can go wrong, seems to. We specifically include all agreed to terms in writing and have customers review/approve this in multiple places to ensure that the exact terms that are discussed are included in the written agreement. It appears from your complaint that we failed to meet our standards in customer service in multiple instances during your purchase. I am thankful that you were at least remotely satisfied with the salesperson that you dealt with. The staff at our facility has not changed significantly since your first purchase and while I am happy to have made a positive impact on the first vehicle. I am as or even more disappointed that we failed you on the return trip. After receiving your complaint, I noticed a significant amount of vitriol and personal attacks. Although I have never had the pleasure of meeting you, I made multiple attempts to reach out to you in an effort to investigate, assess, and hopefully to reach an amicable solution that you might find acceptable. In every attempt, you reminded me just how bitter you felt against us, making it nearly impossible to communicate with any hope of a viable resolution. I have interviewed and addressed all the staff involved in this situation. While I believe we can learn from this instance just how important every detail is. We have decided as a team to take this criticism constructively and hope to show marked improvement daily. While in this unique experience, we did indeed bring in a vehicle from Denver to our Colorado Springs location for your test driving pleasure. My apologies that the vehicle was not professionally prepared prior to your arrival for the test drive. On the paperwork issues, what you failed to describe accurately in your review is that you insisted that the vehicle be titled on a reservation and we were not to collect taxes because of your exemption due to similar circumstances. When we called to correct (after paperwork rejected by your state for non collection of taxes) you became hostile and combative. The financial institutions that we had arranged financing with would not permit the vehicle to be registered on a reservation, due to difficulty in recovery. As you have pointed out, you had negative equity in the vehicle you were trying to trade in. It was the negative equity that made it impossible for us to get you a loan thru the bank that had pre-approved you. They were ot willing to add the negative equity on to the new loan for the vehicle you had picked out. Ultimately we were not able to sell you a vehicle. That was not the result you wanted and certainly not the result we wanted. We tried everything we could to help you get the vehicle you picked out, but we were unable to get it done.
