Vehicle purchase Visited dealership around July 17-18, spoke with Mike B over phone prior to coming to dealership. Once I got there, met Mike, and he introduced me to Visited dealership around July 17-18, spoke with Mike B over phone prior to coming to dealership. Once I got there, met Mike, and he introduced me to Andre. I previewed/researched vehicle(s) prior to visit. Andre showed me said vehicle, other vehicles and asked what the need for truck was. I came back next day. Test drove truck, 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn, and told him I needed to discuss with wife. I had 2004 Ford F-150, considered trade-in. Had to leave town that day. Tried to negotiate while on road, back home to Palisade, CO. Didn't work! 2 weeks later made the decision that this truck would fit our needs, called Andre, made an agreement on purchase price, purchased on July 30th. Andre was personable, down to earth, up front, and helpful in all areas of salesmanship. Mike B was also helpful, however short in his conversation(s), at times. Did some things that did not make sense to wife and I. (Having us fill out a finance form.) We already had finance in place with credit union. More

And on the day of the deal, honestly I walked away because we couldn’t come to an agreement, and during the few hours that I had been gone, Kern still worked hard for me and called me back with a deal that I could just not pass up, even when I walked away he still did what he could to help me get the truck of my dreams. the best service all around, and the best dealership this side of the world, I’d like to thank Kern and Brandon Dodge for helping get my dream truck with no pressure, and the best service that you could ever receive.
