Went for 2nd quote on my Jeep. 1st quote at independent mechanic, to repair a 3 major things $7500 and up. Wasn’t expecting much difference from dealership, Received quote of $270 1st quote at independent mechanic, to repair a 3 major things $7500 and up. Needless to say I was thrilled, had repairs done, Jeep drives beautifully. Brianna was professional, patient, and courteous. Mechanics did a great job and was repaired quickly. More
I reached out to Travis and Bre, both of them were extremely attentive from the moment we called to let them know we were going to bring the jeep in and throughout the entire process. Bre called me wi extremely attentive from the moment we called to let them know we were going to bring the jeep in and throughout the entire process. Bre called me with what repairs were needed and the cost, verified we were good with their assessment and approved the repairs, and she completed the repairs quickly the same afternoon. Impressive! I went online and found the vehicle I had been looking for. It is a 2022 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. It had every option that we had been looking for (and more). The sales team (Jeremiah, Bobby, David, and Mark) always took my calls (or, responded in a reasonable time). They answered every question, worked with my bank. Again, it was impressive! By the way, I live in Pennsylvania! We were a little nervous about buying a vehicle nearly 1,600 miles away. We did a walk-around via Facetime. Everything appeared as they said it would be. There was one hiccup in the process, which they handled quickly...at their expense, I might add. We received the vehicle at our front-door in 3 days! It was exactly as they said it would be. Even thought I live across the country, I will still consider buying vehicles from AutoNation, Littleton, CO! Thank you, Guys! More

I.do not write reviews very often unless experience is exceptional or very poor. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership last week and wanted to share some of my issues with the service. I saw the exceptional or very poor. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership last week and wanted to share some of my issues with the service. I saw the vehicle on the first day but sadly couldn't test drive it as I had my toddler with me so I made another appointment to test drive it the next day. The vehicle was pretty dusty on the outside which is not a big deal as it's spring in Colorado but unfortunately there was also quite a lot of dust and sand inside of the vehicle as well. Test drive was uneventful but I noticed low washer fluid level which led me to ask about the vehicle's pre sale inspection and service and I was assured by the sales associate that vehicle was serviced and ready to go. I took the vehicle that same day and decided to replenish missing washer fluid when I noticed that both the intercooler and engine coolant reservoirs are way below minimal recommended levels. Additionally I decoded to inspect the engine's air filter which end up being extremely dirty. Since the vehicle has no oil level dipper I can't really say if the oil was changed at all but judging from the other issues I encountered I wouldn't trust that it was. I've purchased many vehicles from different kinds of dealerships to know that the quality of experience can go either way. Since auto nation has had good reputation I expected these things to be addressed but was quite disappointed and turned down from future business with them. More
