I went online to schedule an oil and filter change and tire rotation at 10AM. My truck did not go up on the lift until almost one hour later. Then 40 minutes later i see my truck in the lot. Five minute tire rotation at 10AM. My truck did not go up on the lift until almost one hour later. Then 40 minutes later i see my truck in the lot. Five minutes later the service tech says they are going to wash it. The truck never left the spot or got washed. Confirmed this by rolling down my windows to see if they would get wet. Bone dry and i had dried rain drops from the night before on the truck. If you are going to accept reservations then honor that and don't waste my time too. I left the dealership two hours after what should have been 45 minutes. More

Had an appointment to get my oil changed on tuesday. They said it would take 4 days. I asked what the appointment ws for. They said just to check in. I left the car and called back in 4 days. Discovered the rear axle seal leaking on a Wednesday and made an appointment for the following Monday to have the technician look at it. I finally called after a day and a half only to be told my car wouldn made an appointment for the following Monday to have the technician look at it. I finally called after a day and a half only to be told my car wouldn’t be looked at until the following day. After looking at the vehicle I was told that the part needed to fix it would not be available for 2 months. The leaking rear axle seal is a common problem with this vehicle. While I understand it can be difficult to get parts the frustrating part is being without a car for 3 days after getting an appointment. Although the car is drivable, in this condition it I have had to limit my driving to prevent brake pad contamination. This is extremely disappointing considering the vehicle has less than 2500 miles on it. More
