I made an appointment for service and dropped off my van that was having a few minor issues. It took FIVE buseinss days to get an answer and a quote for the work. Not five days to have the work done, 5 days that was having a few minor issues. It took FIVE buseinss days to get an answer and a quote for the work. I do not understand why they take service appointments if there is no one to actually look at the vehicle, I was without a vehicle for 5 days and had no idea when I'd get it back. I called multiple times a day and texted multiple times. It took 4 days just to get someone to say "a tech is looking at it today." Then I didn't get an answer that day! The work it needed was mostly a software update. More

The service tech, Alex, has a very poor demeanor. He has no customer service. He was very rude to me, so I had my husband talk to him. Alex was also rude to him. The transmission wasn’t working. Jeep put a new one in. Straight out of the box, the new transmission didn’t work. They had it for 3 weeks!! Watch out, I heard transmissions are poor at Jeep. Service Department: took my Jeep in here. Estimate was fair. A bit disappointed overall beyond that - despite making an appointment weeks in advance my 1.5 hours of service took two full days Estimate was fair. The first day every dial went straight to voicemail. The website also mentioned a complimentary cleaning service with any vehicle service. Did not happen here, not sure if I was supposed to ask for it. Can’t say this would be my first choice the next time I need service. More
