Dropped car of on a Friday morning and was told it would done on the following Monday. Never got a call or anything. tried calling them and kept getting the answering machine. Finally called the scheduling department and they got me in touch with the service department. This was like on the next Friday and was told if should be ready by end of day this Monday but still no call. Finally got a text late Tuesday. Tried to call to pay over the phone so our daughter could pick it up for us but still couldn't reach anybody. Had our car for 12 days and was never called once. More
