I unfortunately bought my jeep at AutoNation. Since having it for three months I’ve had it in the shop three times. The last time the bill was over $1800. I’ve only driven the jeep 2700 miles. As soon having it for three months I’ve had it in the shop three times. The last time the bill was over $1800. I’ve only driven the jeep 2700 miles. As soon as I got it on the highway after purchasing it, I realized it jerked drastically to the right when I stepped on the break going highway speeds. That was the first time I had it in the shop. They did not fix the problem. I lost faith in their service department and went to a different shop. They put on new tires and rims and gave me an alignment. This still did not stop the problem. Mind you, every time I had my jeep in the shop it was well over a week. Just recently, my check engine light came on so, I thought I would give it another shot in the service department at AutoNation considering that’s where my warranty was. They kept my Jeep for two weeks. They finally found the problem. It was the driver side caliper all along. So, they charged me for brake pads and rotors which is unfortunate. Mine were new. So, my assessment is they sold me a jeep that was unsafe and charged me another $3000 or so to get it in shape. I will never return to AutoNation for such an important purchase. I am very disappointed. More

I recently traded my 2019 Ram 2500 Laramie in on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited. My salesman Forest Loyd did an excellent job of explaining what has changed in financing through 3rd parties from a ye Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited. I did finance through my credit union and still received pricing advertised. The dealer required a cashiers check from the credit union before I could take delivery. Foster actually hopped in his car and drove over to my Credit union in Irving to personally pick up the check so I could take delivery the same day I signed the paperwork. There were no games between the salesman, sales managers and myself. It was all straight forward with no surprises. Dealer add-on were also laid out upfront and the dealer discount offered actually covered the add-ons plus! I received several follow-up calls and emails after my purchase to see if I had any questions or issues. Forest was not happy with the detail work done before delivery so he had me bring the vehicle back for a more though detail job and toped off my gas tank too! Very pleased with the no-hassle no--surprise purchase at this dealer. Also the paperwork process with the Jashai Lawrence was very efficient and smooth. More
