The purchase of my new Ram was actually pleasant. I had been looking for a new truck for about 6 months around the valley and it was the same thing over promising and under delivering. I was at one in particular 2 times with my title in hand ready to make the deal and that's when the dealer games began, higher price than quoted, outrageous dealer add on's, etc. I saw the truck on the web site and decided to come look at it and was greeted by Rick Espinoza on the lot and it was easy from then on test drive, price, paperwork, and delivery of my new truck. I hate the experience going to a dealership! !!! I took my daughter to automation a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Francis. I explained to him that I had minimal knowledge of the new jee !!! I took my daughter to automation a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Francis. I explained to him that I had minimal knowledge of the new jeeps that were available and he proceeded to take us through the parking lot showing us and explaining the different levels available. Inventory was fair for a few models and colors . We decided that we would come back and order a new Jeep and wait the six or eight months that it was going to take to get the upgraded version with the 392 motor. A couple of days past and Francis contacted me letting me know that another customer had ordered one and it arrived at auto nation and if I'd like to come and look at it he would be glad to show it to me. I loved it and decided that I would come the next day with my daughter and place my order. On that very same day Francis contacted me and let me know that the manager overheard our conversation and tracked down a use 2021 with the motor I desired. I immediately went back to go put a deposit on that vehicle knowing that I wouldn't have to wait months to get the jeep we wanted. Less than a week later the vehicle arrived and Francis let me know it was waiting for me and I could come pick it up. However it was a Friday night only made dinner arrangements with friends I explained to Francis that I would only have one hour to get this taken care of. This is where my experience in working with this dealership Francis and the finance manager a pleasure. When I arrived a manager asked me if he could help with anything I explained to him that I was meeting Francis to purchase my Jeep he walked in to the building and immediately tracked down Francis and within less than 45 minutes paperwork was completed and I was on my way in my new Jeep to meet our friends for dinner. I can't say enough about my experience I would highly recommend this dealership, If you desire great customer service ask for Francis. David Goodman More
