I had an appointment and 3 days later I received a call back and was told an outrages ridicules quote!!! The only time I got feedback on what was going on is when I called no one reached out to me I went back and was told an outrages ridicules quote!!! The only time I got feedback on what was going on is when I called no one reached out to me I went to the same advisor who has always been helpful I requested to speak with the manager again no call back it has never been like this before I ended up towing my car to another place! I will never go back, also now the sales department calling and emailing and texting to try to but my car and put me in a new one never will I buy from automation again or have my current car serviced there again More
