First, my service advisor, Korey Austria, immediately came out to greet me and start my service. He gave me a time tgat my truck would be ready, and he met that time. I was not very happy with the service. I was told the diagnosis would take about 2 to 3 days, but it ended up been more than that, on fouth day my car was not even touched. Service took longer than I was told. Asked permission to wash my car but not to do the recall which took much longer than the oil change and trie rotation that was scheduled. Diego Morales did a fantastic job throughout the entire process assisting me. The part was on back order for months but he kept me informed of the progress. Eventually he was able to get the part from an process assisting me. The part was on back order for months but he kept me informed of the progress.
