Scheduled maintenance appointment. I asked them to check the tire pressure as I knew it was low in the front tires. I was told that was included and when I picked the car up the techni I asked them to check the tire pressure as I knew it was low in the front tires. I was told that was included and when I picked the car up the technician marked the tire pressure at 36 psi which is what is recommended. When I left the dealership the tire pressure monitor in the car indicated it was still at 31 which is what it was when I went in. So when I parked i checked the pressure manually and it was still at 31. So the technician falsified the inspection report and obviously did not check the tire pressure and inflate it to the prescribed pressure. So now I don't trust them to be truthful. More

I went I for some callbacks on my truck a month ago. Even though I had the appointment for weeks in advance they did not have the parts for some of the callbacks.
