Service was friendly, on time and thorough. Overall a very laid back experience. The service tech even called me a Lyft to take me home while my car was being serviced. Overall a very laid back experience. The service tech even called me a Lyft to take me home while my car was being serviced. More
I’ve had a very interesting experience with this Chrysler AutoNation dealership. And by “interesting” I mean “very bad.” Here’s the short version: I took my car in for servicing; the customer service was te AutoNation dealership. And by “interesting” I mean “very bad.” Here’s the short version: I took my car in for servicing; the customer service was terrible, but the technician was good; I complained to the dealership and left phone messages; the dealership ghosted me. Although of course I’ve heard about ghosting in the online dating world, I had no idea that car dealerships did it to customers. I’ve been discussing my experience with friends, neighbors, and relatives. I’ve heard about many other negative experiences people have had with car dealerships, including the following: they treat customers rudely and dismissively; they may or may not call back; they do in fact ghost customers. So this Chrysler AutoNation dealership is not unique in terms of its shoddy customer service. But why would this, or any other car dealership, act this way? Because they can, at least right now. But of course a business model based on alienating customers is not sustainable over the long term, especially as online disruptors siphon off dissatisfied customers from existing dealerships. I confess to a certain amount of nostalgia: I remember when this Chrysler AutoNation dealership valued customer service and returned phone calls. I’ve been a customer at this dealership for many years, and I thought that mattered. Well, it doesn’t appear to, as I learned from my experience. While I’m not happy, at least I’m wiser. As bad as this experience was, it was also educational. Another family member and I are in the market for new cars, and we now know to avoid this dealership. More

Service Rep Rodney Moore made my experience trouble-free. I cannot think of anything that I could bargain for in addition to the great service I received during the whole experience. Everything was very pers I cannot think of anything that I could bargain for in addition to the great service I received during the whole experience. Everything was very personalized, leveraging technology blending the physical with the digital experience. It was very easy to book my appointment, to request transportation to take me to and back from work. I didn't have to worry about picking up my car or calling to see if it was ready. Rodney ensured I was focused on my work while providing the best experience possible keeping me informed on the progress of the oil change, maintenance and repairs needed. More
Brought my Wrangler in for an oil change, they said it would take an hour and 15 minutes, it ended up being 2 and a 1/2 hours and if I had not gone back to check the progress, I probably would have sat would take an hour and 15 minutes, it ended up being 2 and a 1/2 hours and if I had not gone back to check the progress, I probably would have sat there for another hour. My car was ready and no one had come to tell me. Just be realistic with wait times. More
Brought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for warranty service & oil change with multi point inspection. For the warranty service, they found corroded electrical wiring but didn’t have parts to repair it. service & oil change with multi point inspection. For the warranty service, they found corroded electrical wiring but didn’t have parts to repair it. This was understandable. However, on the oil change & multi point inspection, all was checked off as normal and tires rotated & inflated to 36 psi. This was untrue. The oil change indicator on my dash stated it is still at 15% life. Was the oil really changed? And my tires were at 31, 31, 32, and 39 psi. When the shop was notified they stated that it “takes awhile” for the tire sensors to adjust. After 40 miles driving home, it was the same. I got a “low tire pressure” warning and had to stop at the local gas station and filled all the tires to 36 psi, and all was good. My service at Bellevue Auto Nation was not to the level expected. I’m still waiting to hear if my parts are in for my warranty service. More
