The customer service from Rodney Michael Moore the service writer is above & beyond 5 star quality everytime I go in. Unfortunately the service technician failed to find my exhaust leak until I poin service writer is above & beyond 5 star quality everytime I go in. Unfortunately the service technician failed to find my exhaust leak until I pointed it out through a video I took & I will need to return to have it fixed. They are still unable to find the source causing my truck to have a dead battery occasionally. I have been dealing. With this from the very first when I bought the truck. I have taken it in many many times with no results to multiple ram dealers The truck has been in the shop more times since I bought it then my 29 year old Toyota & that includes oil changes. More

They matched the price I was quoted online, and even answered other questions I had following service for my last o service I received was wonderful! For my tire change, he even went the extra mile to help me research tires ahead of time. He ordered them and had them ready the day I brought the car in. I had a great experience BUYING my car at this dealership. I have an anxiety disorder and the sales team went out of their way to accommodate me. The service team was a disappointment. It was VERY difficult to make an appointment using a phone system that made it difficult to reach a real person. When I finally did made it in to the dealership for my appointment, I approached one of several men who were not helping customers at the time. Instead of helping me, he told me go talk to the guy at the end, who happened to be the only person busy on the phone actively helping another customer. After waiting several minutes and looking over and seeing the first guy just sitting there going on his cellphone, I went back to him and asked him to help me a second time. He finally did at that point. Then when my appointment was over, they tried to bribe me to give them a 10 out of 10 on any survey I was sent. They said if I did, I could bring my car in and they would fill it up with gas, What a bunch of jerks. I have an idea, just help me even I come in; EARN a good rating by helping customers instead of sitting there on your phone pawning all of the work onto one guy. More

Sales part of the dealership is very good, but the maintenance department has problems. I took my new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in for a 12,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. While driv maintenance department has problems. I took my new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in for a 12,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. While driving home I smelled oil in the passenger compartment. At home I opened the hood and found oil all over the driver's side of the engine compartment from the hood latch area to the windshield in front of the driver. Oil was even pooled here and there. I went back to the dealership and I complained to the service manager who promised to have it cleaned up, including hoisting it and cleaning under the engine, and I thought I heard washing it. (There was oil splattered on the outside right front fender.) When I asked the service mgr. for documentation of the incident he seemed hesitant. I told him since they planned to use brake cleaner to clean up the mess I wanted to protect myself since I planned to own the car for a long period of time. The engine compartment was cleaned, but I was disappointed by the incident, the manager's hesitation to document, and the lack of effort to clean the exterior of my car. In sum, the incident has left a bad taste in my mouth. More
