They are still unable to find the source causing my truck to have a dead battery occasionally. I have been dealing. With this from the very first when I bought the truck. I had a great experience BUYING my car at this dealership. I have an anxiety disorder and the sales team went out of their way to accommodate me. The service team was a disappointment. It was VERY difficult to make an appointment using a phone system that made it difficult to reach a real person. When I finally did made it in to the dealership for my appointment, I approached one of several men who were not helping customers at the time. Instead of helping me, he told me go talk to the guy at the end, who happened to be the only person busy on the phone actively helping another customer. After waiting several minutes and looking over and seeing the first guy just sitting there going on his cellphone, I went back to him and asked him to help me a second time. He finally did at that point. Then when my appointment was over, they tried to bribe me to give them a 10 out of 10 on any survey I was sent. They said if I did, I could bring my car in and they would fill it up with gas, What a bunch of jerks. I have an idea, just help me even I come in; EARN a good rating by helping customers instead of sitting there on your phone pawning all of the work onto one guy. More
