I just had all four of my tires replaced on my 2017 Challenger Scat Pack. And my car only has 13,000 miles on it. I took My Ram truck in for a new Water pump @ 200,000 miles and not only did they do a Great job ,but also noticed The recent transmission service by another mechanic was done incorrectly ,and leaking ba miles and not only did they do a Great job ,but also noticed The recent transmission service by another mechanic was done incorrectly ,and leaking badly. Also he had put in the wrong thermostat a year ago ! After all was corrected my truck acts like a new one ,And my transmission was saved $$$. Chris directed the service tech through all of the unexpected repairs and it was still done in a timely manner !!!Thanks !!! More
My service tech, Rodney Moore is over the top professional with customer service. The rest of the employees at Bellevue Dodge should emulate his persona. I was sorely disappointed in the dealership. I needed a part for my Trackhawk and had one of their guys order it. It turned out to be the wrong part, so I checked with another person who ordered I needed a part for my Trackhawk and had one of their guys order it. I know these things happen, but what I don't appreciate is being dragged around for 3+ months trying and fighting to get a legitimate refund on my $100!!! This is poor management manifesting itself.
