I have called, but can not get through to the GM or his voicemail. The phone system is not helpful. I spoke to finance, she transferred me, but again, didn't get the the GM's voicemail. I've repeatedly tried to call the service manager, and left two VM's. I'm willing to bring it back, and am trying to confirm my appointment for 11am this Saturday. I also need to know that someone qualified will be there so I don't waste more time on my weekend.
