I’m not familiar with the dealership as a whole I’ve only used the service department. The last two oil change appointments I’ve had the same service advisor. Next visit, I’m requesting someone else. Either he doesn’t like me or women in general, he is rude & unfriendly. I tried to explain something & he cut me off mid/sentence. I hate being treated as if I don’t know my truck or anything about it. More

This was my first interaction with the service department and Michael was very helpful. He explained what services would take place and how much they would cost. When I picked up my car I found that my car h and Michael was very helpful. He explained what services would take place and how much they would cost. When I picked up my car I found that my car had been washed and swept. A very nice surprise. The whole team should be commended. More
