He did an oil change on my truck, he asked if i wanted my tires rotated and i said yes thinking it comes with the $75.00 charge and he charged me $17.00 more for that. I've taken my truck to Walmart for oil change and their tire rotation is free!!! Ryan didn't even tell me if my tires were good or bad, if they needed more air or not, nothing! Seems like all they want is your money for employee bonuses!!! More

Poor service and management After experiencing a "Check Engine" light and loss of power while driving, I was advised by OnStar to take my 2018 Equinox to Autonation Chevrolet in After experiencing a "Check Engine" light and loss of power while driving, I was advised by OnStar to take my 2018 Equinox to Autonation Chevrolet in Mesa for service. I took the vehicle in that same afternoon near the end of the workday to get a diagnosis of the problem more specific than the code for "intake air restriction". After two days, I called them and was speaking to the Service Manager, rather than the service writer, only to be told that the problem was due to a "mis-installed" by an "aftermarket" repair shop, and that because it was not repaired originally at the dealership, I would have to pay $139 per hour for them to replace the part (the intercooler), even though could "go out on a limb" and warranty the part itself. When I told them that didn't agree with the charges, and would take the vehicle somewhere else for the repair, I was told that I could not get my vehicle back until I paid $277 for their diagnosis of the problem(which was actually a mis-diagnosis. I later found out that they did not properly inspect the part, so I didn't get what I paid them $277 for. I don't have any complaints about the sales department, having purchased vehicles from Autonation before. More
Terrible customer service I come to this dealership often to get my vans worked on under warranty. The last time I dropped off a van it was for a door adjustment. When I picked I come to this dealership often to get my vans worked on under warranty. The last time I dropped off a van it was for a door adjustment. When I picked it up it was about the same, the sliding door wouldn’t close all the way. The service advisor said “that’s all we can do about it.” So he refused to fix the door! Today I had to drop off another van ... when I got there the advisor at lane 3 said I had to wait 10 to 15 min. because he was busy. Just then one of the mechanics walked in and told him that one of the cars in the shop needed a battery. The service advisor told the mechanic to bill the customer 1.5 hours for the “bad battery diagnosis”??!! Even the mechanic was surprised! The mechanic responded by saying “for a battery diagnosis?” (Which by the way takes about 5 minutes, if you are taking your time). This dealership seems to not care much about their customer service... I’m pretty sure they’re all about the money. This is probably why mechanics have such a bad reputation. More
Auto Nation I Come Home! I want to thank Mike Riley, service advisor who may me feel really good about Auto Nation again. I come back home again! I took my 2014 Chevrolet Equi I want to thank Mike Riley, service advisor who may me feel really good about Auto Nation again. I come back home again! I took my 2014 Chevrolet Equinox to Brake Master, to do a oil change, because I didn't agreed with Auto Nation going to making an appointment. What a mistake! Because, brake master didn't do the job right, where on Friday, June 8, 2018, just before noon, when I was headed to the bank. Well, my oil pressure indicator came on demanding to turn off my engine. Make a long story short, oil sprayed all over the engine. Had to have the vehicle towed to Auto Nation, missed a day of work too, had to walk to Fry's get SRP power credit. Find out from Mike Riley, that whoever did the oil change, which was Brake Master, was the reason forking out $547.38 today! However, Mike told me, that brake master paid for the oil change, after I threatened to bring my attorney into it. Here's my point, take your vehicles, whatever the make is, to the dealership for repairs. I'm lucky my engine didn't suffer any major damage. I paid $30,000 for my Equinox and I depend on my vehicle to get to work. I'm 32 miles one way to get to work. So, I gave harsh review last time, which was truthful about how long I there one time. But, Mike & others made up for that, for the fact that I had an appointment this Monday. Mike got my vehicle back to me, this late afternoon. Again, thank you Mike Riley & the rest of the team at superstition Auto Nation in Mesa, Arizona 85206! More

Dealership is only has good as its people. Doug Bonham is hands down the most knowledgeable and customer focused while trying to find solutions for Chevy and its customers. As a business I can Doug Bonham is hands down the most knowledgeable and customer focused while trying to find solutions for Chevy and its customers. As a business I can respect that. Business needs to make money or they wont be around to provide on going service. However trying to find a win/win with customers at a fair and justified price is the challenge. Doug has this skill. AutoNation would take a BIG loss if Doug ever leaves that dealership. For I know myself and others would follow him. Its about people...a car is a car / truck is a truck. Great job Doug! I have purchased over 30 vehicles from Doug for my business and personal. He takes care of my service and sales....cant speak highly enough of him.... More

They knew what recalls needed to be done. Dropped the truck off and got a call 2 hours later that they where able to reprogram the engine control module but didn't have the parts for the seatbelts. Told me they would order them and call me in 3 to 5 days to schedule another apt to fix them. 2 weeks later and still no phone call. More
