Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any Autonation dealership! The last 4 vehicles I’ve purchased in the last 4 years have been purchased or leased at an Autonation dealer! From the General Autonation dealership! The last 4 vehicles I’ve purchased in the last 4 years have been purchased or leased at an Autonation dealer! From the General Manager, to the finance manager, to the service department responsible for the promise aesthetic fixes absolutely terrible! 1 week after purchase come to pick up my car only to find a new scratch! 2x $80 Uber rides to drop off the vehicle and no rental cars for service perhaps hold a couple from being sold. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone! This place needs its management gutted from the top down or shut it down before it destroys any positive creditability Autonation has remaining! More
