Everything about the car buying experience was good, I was in and out Min was great. Unfortunately the color I wanted was not there (although I was told it was there), but my husband settled for another was in and out Min was great. I traded in another car which had very low mileage, and they sold quick. Good for them right, well not for me. They failed to communicate with the leasing company, shorted the check. I found out when the finance messaged me demanding payment. Acura ignored my calls, attempted to gas light me stating that I gave them the pay off amount (eh shouldn't you verify anyway?). After calls and text and more calls the check was finally mailed (On 5/13, Phong called me claiming the check was mailed on 4/30, when I had already talked to David who admitted on 5/12 that the check had not gone out) and the trade was paid. No one will return your calls even when they promise they will (David). Although everything was FINALLY taken care of, the frustration that I got from this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and will never recommend this dealer to anyone.
