Great Overall Buying Experience At first, I was skeptical to purchase a new 2019 Jetta after leasing a GLI but I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the offering. I'm glad I At first, I was skeptical to purchase a new 2019 Jetta after leasing a GLI but I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the offering. I'm glad I decided to make the switch. The re-designed body style offers a very sport-like appearance and the technology packages make it feel like a high-end car. The ride is certainly smoother and quieter than my GLI to the point I don't realize how fast I am going on the highway. The safety features are plentiful. Volkswagen has certainly done something special with the 19 Jetta. The car is only a fraction of the overall experience. The team at VW Newtown Square is friendly, helpful and not overbearing. This is the 4th family vehicle Jeff Deacon has been a part of and I consider him a true friend and simply not another salesmen. He has great attention to detail and a fun personality. Ed & Andy are extremely professional and have instilled a great culture at the dealership. They remove any doubt from the car buying experience. In summary, I'm extremely impressed with the 2019 Jetta and the management team at VW Newtown Square. It was an extremely pleasant experience and recommend anyone who is considering a new VW to visit Jeff and staff, you won't regret it! More

When they called newtown square , Amie , even though a holiday weekend , told them to send me over. they were able to help me for a 1/3 of the price at Newtown Square and I would recommend them to anyone . Luke warm This dealership has just recently changed hands for the second time is almost as many years. I'm not sure what's going on with that. Regardless, I f This dealership has just recently changed hands for the second time is almost as many years. I'm not sure what's going on with that. Regardless, I found everyone at the service desk to be courtesy and efficient. I waited two hours to simply have my snow tires taken off and it cost $100, which I expected. But then the charged me $2 for each mounting weight they used. That never happened with either of the previous owners. It was one fee, weights included. Similarly, I needed a day time running late replaced. I was quoted $6.50 for the part and was told to return the next day because they needed to order it. I expected there would be a nominal service charge and the whole thing would come in at no more that $20. When I got the bill it was $29 and the part was $14.40. When I question this, the courteous customer service person explained that he had quoted me for the wrong bulb, regardless, he said, they would have adjusted the service charge so that the price would be $29 no matter what the bulb cost. Wait. What? The service charges are on a sliding scale depending on what they want to price to come out to. That seems unfair and a little under handed. I don't want to make too big a deal out of this. They all seemed very nice. However, I felt they were "nickel and diming" me and that the pricing seemed somewhat dishonest. More
