Dedication and persistence at this level are rarely found. A lesser technician would have given up and or failed to complete this difficult and unusual situation. As a retired ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician, with L-1, 55+ years of experience, and recognized as Expert Witness, Automotive, I am in a position to make this observation. I, and hopefully, the management at Autoland Toyota are understandably proud to have technicians of this caliber on our staff to provide the level of service and repairs to the highest level associated with Toyota products.
