When I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler, I looked all around the South Shore. I ultimately found the one that "checked all the boxes" at Auto Country. Bobby was awesome and very patient as I am very caut around the South Shore. I ultimately found the one that "checked all the boxes" at Auto Country. Bobby was awesome and very patient as I am very cautious when it comes to large purchases. My main concern was a check engine light, and it ended up being a relatively hefty repair including a new fuel tank and a fuel pump. Auto Country took care of it. The repairs ended up being more complicated than originally thought as each time we thought the problem was fixed, the problem arose once more. On the third repair we got it right. Auto country ensured I had a loaner vehicle throughout the process so I could commute to work as well as giving me constant updates. They use an out of house shop, but ensured the repairs were a top priority and each time it was relatively fast. The whole staff went above and beyond to ensure the problem was fixed was fixed. Bobby and the team were always very easy to get a hold of and have reached out several times after the last repair to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would highly recommend Auto Country and Bobby if you are looking for great service at a fair price. More
