He was very pleasant, straightforward and understanding of my situation. They had no problem with me having my mechanic check the Highlander out and, with his blessing, it was a done deal! They handled all the paperwork with transferring my plates through the RMV. I just had to make one call to my insurance agent and I drove it home a few days later.
