I went with questions and info: The first statement the agent said was "So we are looking at 400 to 500 payment" . You have got to be kidding. He never asked what I want or if I had anything in mind. I asked about the interest about 2 or 3 times the answer was avoided.The the sales person tried to show me cars which were the same year or less then my trade in with less options (manual windows). The most telling of all was when I stated I wanted to take the car to a mechanic..He asked why?I told him I wanted my mechanic to check it out He was very resistant and said We have mechanics. When the agent knew there was no sale to be made he quickly exited.. I saw the car I really liked I said I want to see this He waved me on from his desk and said the door is open .. I left feeling like they were not honest with me and forthcoming. Would I buy from then NO....but I really wanted to.. More

I purchased a Chrysler 300 the other day from Loman Auto. I was a bit leary at first going into a big dealership apposed to a little guy but I gave it a shot and i'm very happy that i did. I had two vehicles that I wanted to trade in and was very happy with the value that they gave me for them in addition to working with me on the price of the new one. My credit was way less than perfect but not only did i get approved, but Michael gave me a 6 month game plan to improve my credit when i told him it was something that i was always embarrassed about. Nick was my salesperson when I went to the dealership to purchase a newer vehicle. Although I did not leave with the car I originally was looking for Nick helped me find a car that was perfect for my budget purchase a newer vehicle. First I want to say is like everyone else, I HATE dealerships.... So I went to Lomans against my better judgement and I want to Honestly say I was TOTALLY shocked on how WELL i was taken care of. It started with me getting call after call and Andrea from the internet dept calling me over and over again telling me how she can Guarantee me getting approved.... Long story short I went in after the 4th call and I was treated like I have never been treated at a dealership, from the minute I got there Mike was a good Guy.. He knew what situations I was in and he wasnt pushy and I got approved. Props to Loman.... Give them a shot they helped me.... More

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From bloated prices to some nonsense that the car needed to be "funded" a week after driving off in the car and having to show up with the lienholder paperwork to prices to some nonsense that the car needed to be "funded" a week after driving off in the car and having to show up with the lienholder paperwork to show that the bank had funded the purchase. And now three days away from the temp tag expiring I'm hearing nothing but excuses and a nasty attitude from the "manager" despite the DMV having NO information on the car. Ridiculous. I would never recommend Lomann auto to anybody and if I knew what I know now I would have takeny business elsewhere. They give used car sales a very very bad name. More
