Been consistently disappointed here. Starting with the purchase of my vehicle, we made it all the way through the paperwork, I signed, dealer signed to have them then tell me the paperwo Starting with the purchase of my vehicle, we made it all the way through the paperwork, I signed, dealer signed to have them then tell me the paperwork needed to be redone because they forgot to account taxes and other items with the loan I was using through their finance department. I was given a shirt and cup to make up for things…… Additionally I had my vehicle serviced, you would think the service department would clear the reminders, including the inspection reminder. They didn’t. I called and was told service was open until 6 and I could bring it anytime before them. So I brought it back about a week later (because I was out of town). It was 5:30 and I was told there weren’t any techs as they left at 5:00. So what was the point of me being told I can’t bring it anytime point before 6. I drove well out of my way. This place is consistently beating around the bush. I prefer good service and not a place just interested in collecting commission. More
