We talked about the various options I was interested in and other aspects of the car before coming up with a final configuration. He was able to find the "needle in the haystack" car, and though located MANY states away, he and the management at Tysons were able to facilitate the acquisition and delivery of the vehicle in just a couple of days. Working with Joseph was a relaxing and positive experience rarely had at a dealership. He knew the details about the vehicle and was able to answer any questions I had without trying to influence, pressure, or direct my final decision. Though I expected to hear it, I never once had to hear the classic car sales phrase "What'll it take to put you in this car today" So, Joseph, Sales Mgr Brian, and GM Mike, thanks for making this car buying experience just part of the fun of actually getting into the vehicle and driving it. The price of the vehicle for this dealership was way below a new car price but we were treated as if we were buying one of thei Audi a real pleasure. Ali Malek is the salesman I used. He was incredibly helpful and friendly from the first day I walked in and enquired about buying an A5, which was 6 months before I finally did. After purchase he spent a lot of time showing me how all the technical functions of the car worked, and making sure tags / title, finance, aftercare all provided. I also recently went in to repaint a scratch on the bumper, they helped organise that and get the car back the next day and take care of a courtesy car. All of which to me says very good dealership. In fact the best I found in the Virginia, DC area. If you want a comparison, don't got to Rockville Pike Audi in Maryland - rude, arrogant, out to get you dealership which is in complete contrast to the excellent service and salesmanship I got from Audi of Tysons. The Finance Manager Brian was also reasonable, unlike other Audi dealers in the area(Rockville Pike in MD is the exact opposite). Where Rockville Pike try and fleece the customer for an extra buck by adding 2-3% on the cost of finance, Brian and Ali made sure the deal was as close to prime lending as to be consistence with my credit score, and did not overly push extra care services once the car was purchased. So I felt only bought things that were needed. Think also the general manager was friendly, and other staff / salesmen helped when needed instructions with the Navigation and technology systems. All in All good experience and would buy my second Audi from them. More
