From the very beginning, he assisted us with selecting the vehicle and tailoring the options to fit our needs. He kept us informed throughout the ordering process as new information was made available to him. Finally, when the vehicle arrived he spent a significant amount of time educating us on the many features of the Q7 and answered all of our questions. The other individuals who I interfaced with at the dealership were also extremely friendly and knowledgeable – Joseph, Ronnie, and Brian to name a few. The vehicle itself is absolutely amazing and exceeded my already high expectations. Working with such a great team of individuals was the icing on the cake. He was very knowledgeable of the car I was looking at, even though it had only arrived the day before. After taking a test drive, we discussed the sale. The entire time, Mr. Emelev was courteous, friendly, and never pushy. After agreeing on a price, there was some time to kill as paperwork was prepared, and we talked about cars in general. He knows a lot about every make and model we discussed, and I was very impressed with the breadth of his information. I would not hesitate to do business with Audi of Tyson's Corner again. Nothing against the other employees (the Sales manager Kevin Boykin was also extremely helpful and friendly), but I would prefer to work with Roma again if given the chance. More
