He was extremely courteous and friendly to my wife. After test driving a Q5, my wife called me up and said that was the car she wanted. I came to meet Shane a few hours later, and within half an hour, I got the car my wife wanted. The car was in NJ but I only had to wait two days before Shane had the car transfer down here. The "total package" process began by contact with Brian Rogers, their internet sales director. Brian was totally professional and introduced my wife and I to Shane Lee, our brand specialist. Shane was meticulous in taking the time to familiarize us with Audi and the cars we went to test drive. Without hesitation he accompanied us on four test drives and we chose a Q5. He continued to explain the product and answer every question until we drove our new Audi off the lot. We love it! Brian remained close to the discussions to ensure we were completely satisfied. Sam located the car and Kosta Sarakinis expertly completed the finance paperwork. Finally, Jeff Milberg, our service consultant, made our first visit great as we had some accessories installed.
